My rating for this project is a 5/6.
Investigation:
The investigation stage was quite difficult for me at first. The problem we had to solve is explaining to a 6th grader what the design cycle is all about by creating a presentation. The presentation I decided to do was a flipbook. After deciding what I wanted to do for the project I investigated more what the design cycle is. This way I could have a better understanding of it. But at first, I thought this stage was different so the teacher and i didn't understand each other. After having a small talk I realized I had done something wrong so I re-did it and fixed my situation. 6/6
Plan:
The plan stage was a bit more easier after reading the actual instructions. After deciding to do a flipbook, I had to create a plan on how I wanted it to look like. I also had to be very specific which took a lot of time and thinking to figure out how I wanted it. The Gant chart helped with this process. I also had to create 3 designs which ended up helping me choose my final design. 6/6
Create:
The create stage was the hardest for me. It took a lot of time and patience to create flipbook. After finding out that doing the project as one animation I quickly changed my mind after trying. So, I re-planned. I created a slide for each little part, like a book most likely. I had to create a script to help with the progress. I also had to figure out how to work the site I was working with. After creating all the 3 designs I finally chose which one I wanted to use. 6/6
Evaluate:
The evaluate stage was fairly simple for me. Just make a survey for with questions for the 6th graders will answer. After all of this I think I should get a 5/6. So about a 94 or 95.
