Day Two: Investigation Reflection.

The best way to reach a child's understanding is to make it a fun experience for them. Because when we're young we hardly pay attention to the "boring stuff". We love to have excitement in our lives, even when we get older. Learning was meant to be a big part in our lives. So why not make it fun?
In conclusion, I am going to teach a sixth grader through fun experience. I will use the Design Cycle to solve a make believe crime, "Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?". Through this process I will use the steps a detective would use to solve the situation and explain the properties of each step. In the end they will tested for their understanding and be rewarded with cookies for each correct answer.
